DAY 01  NAIROBI
Met upon arrival at the airport with our unique and special welcome (cold towels, champagne and presentation of authentic safari hat to every guest). Transfer to The Grand Regency Hotel. Tonight s welcome dinner is at the famous Carnivore Restaurant. (Vegetarians are catered for albeit with a simple menu).

DAY 02 NAIROBI / LAKE NAKURU
After breakfast depart on a pleasant drive to Lake Nakuru with a brief stop at the Rift Valley. Afterwards proceed with our journey to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous as the home of thousands of lesser and greater flamingo. This park also provides sanctuary of Rothschild giraffe, black and white rhino and the elusive leopard.
Arrive at the lodge for lunch thereafter, an afternoon game drive to see millions of flamingoes and a host of other bird life. Return for dinner.

DAY 03 LAKE NAKURU / MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
Have breakfast and depart via Narok to Masai Mara National Reserve offering wonderful scenery and plenty of game. It s perhaps the only region left in Kenya where you may see animals in the same super abundance as existed a century ago.
Arrive at the lodge for lunch and in the afternoon proceed for an exciting game viewing in this vast and expansive reserve teeming with game. Return to the lodge for dinner.

DAY 04 MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
Full day at the reserve with morning and afternoon game drives in search of the big five . Masai Mara is at the northern most extension of the Serengeti Plains and one of the richest wildlife game reserves. Its home to the awesome black –manned lion, the elusive leopard, stately giraffe, vast bulk of elephants, rhino, thundering herds of zebra, migrating wildebeest and numerous other plains game, thereafter return at the lodge for dinner.

Optional Activity:
Balloon safari over Mara plains ending with a champagne breakfast, or visit the traditional Masai manyatta ( off the beaten track) and experience the culture of this world famous community
Interact with these nomadic people who still live as they did for centuries and experience their way of life as you learn about their customs and traditions.

DAY  05 LAKE VICTORIA
After breakfast departs to Spekes Bay arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon at leisure.

DAY 06 LAKE VICTORIA/ SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast departs for Serengeti National Park, arriving in time for lunch at the lodge.
In the afternoon proceed for a game drive in search for the big five. Retire to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight

DAY 07 SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Full day at Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drive. Serengeti National Park is undoubtedly the best known wildlife sanctuary in the world, unequalled for its natural beauty and scientific value. With more than two million wildebeest, half a million Thomson s gazelle, and a quarter of a million zebra, it has the greatest concentration of plains game in Africa.
The wildebeest and zebra more over form the star cast of a unique spectacle – the annual Serengeti Migration. The word serenget means endless plains, where millions of plains game – wildebeest, zebra and impala feed and breed in the thousands in readiness for the annual migration north to the Mara ecosystem.
The predators are easy to spot as they hunt.

DAY 08 SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK /NGORONGORO CV. AREA
After breakfast, depart for the Olduvai Gorge where hominid footprints believed to be 3.6 million years old were found. We will enjoy an on-site talk on the interpretation of the gorge by the resident guide. Proceed towards the rim of the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater stopping occasionally to admire the breathtaking vista unfolding before you. Arrive at the lodge for lunch. This afternoon relax and enjoy the panoramic views of the crater.

DAY 09 NGORONGORO CONSERVATION
After breakfast and depending on our time slot descend some 600 metres into the crater, which is home to an abundance of wildlife and a photo-graphers paradise, for half day of game viewing.

DAY 10 NGORONGORO CONSERVATION/LAKE MANYARA N. PARK
After breakfast depart for Lake Manyara which is a short distance away. Our full board accommodation is at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge which is set on the edge of the Mto Wa Mbu escarpment overlooking the Great Rift Valley and the stunning Manyara soda lake. Afternoon proceed on a cultural walk in the village of Mto wa Mbu . Dinner & overnight at Lake Manyara Serena/similar 60Kms / 1.5hours (The cultural walk is the finale of this trip. The village is not commercially set-up for the tourist but it is a normal village where our guests have the opportunity to walk about, talk to and visit the homes of the inhabitants of this village escorted by a professional guide. Part of the proceeds from this walk goes towards the welfare of the community living in the village)

DAY 11 LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK
DEPART NAIROBI
After breakfast depart for Nairobi where day rooms are reserved until 6pm. Farewell dinner and transfer to the airport for home bound flight
